Thank you all for your kind words and wishes which marked my 700 days. I am humbled by them because I am not around as much as I used to be, so it is extra special to receive your acknowledgements. I guess one reaches a point when it has all been said and repeating is the only option. I understand why people disappear when the site has served its purpose but you know what? I�m not going anywhere any time soon! I owe this place, big time; so I�m sticking around even if it is just for the odd post here and there to show my stats in an effort to keep on encouraging others. As you guys who responded to me know, it can be done and I live in hope that every new quitter will take heart from us and succeed as we have. I�d love to respond to you individually so, in no particular order (other than last!) here goes! Melanie; Thanks for all you and the others do. Talking of others, where�s my mate Josie? Lady: congratulations on your inclusion in the Hall of Fame. Your 3500+ posts are testimony to your invaluable support of others, you should be proud of your quit and the support you give. Butterfly Swimmer: I know you�ve had your problems keeping your eyes on the prize but I have been impressed by your determination to get up, dust yourself down and get on with it. Keep that valuable trait and you will win. KahneKrazy: great name, you must tell me why! Many newcomers post today and are gone tomorrow! I am so pleased that you are staying; it IS an important step along the way to success. My best wishes to you.
