Wow, three weeks for me. I never thought I would make it this far. Thanks to SSC and everyone here for educating me and keeping me busy. For my three weeks, my boyfriend promised to take me to get a massage. He is proud of me and I am proud of myself. I am currently using the patch and I am a bit scared to start using Step Two. I used the patch and stepping down was not hard at all, but everyone is different. Try to follow the directions though and dont be in too much of a hurry to step down, just do it when it tells you too, you dont want a bump in the quit at this point.
