Hi Brenna!
Glad you could join the DC site as a Health Educator. Welcome to you! I'm returning Canada in 6 days for good and I will be talking to you (asking you about an exercise programme for me to deal with arthritis, a left ankle triple arthrodesis, poor lung power due to rotten habit of smoking (I'm almost 60 yrs - shame, shame) poor energy levels, 50% to do with arthritis and the chronic pain of it, and 50% to being overweight/and depressive. I need for someone to talk to me about aqua fitness. When I was in a chronic Pain rehab 5 years ago, the pool was only available once a week for 45 minutes and I need more than that to regain mobility. I'll be within driving distance of Ottawa and Montreal ( 1 hour each way).
