Just a quick hello to everyone using the site. I'm a 30-year-old woman living in the Uk who has suffered from depression on and off for the past seven years. I'm currently in the midst of a low period and really hope the CBT will help me. If anyone wants to be a CBT buddy, please get in touch. It's nice to know you're not alone.
