Hi.. I'm new here and I just wanted to introduce myself before I start posting. My name is Jennifer, I am a mom of 3 (1 girl almost 12 and 5yr old twin boys). I have been married to my high school sweetheart for almost 14 years.
I have been depressed since as long as I can remember. It got a bit worse after I had my kids.. especially after the twins. Two years ago we relocated from California to Arizona and since then it has been a downward spiral. I don't know if it was the change in environment or what.. I am currently taking 300mg of Effexor everyday. I'm not sure its working. I hope this program helps...
