Hi there,
My name is Sydney and I have been battling with depression and generalised anxiety since I was in my early teens. At my worst peak of depression, I suffered a living hell for four years strait but I think that has more to do with my refusal to take meds. I wasnt keen on the bandaid effect.
Although my depression isnt near as bad as what it once use to be, I still slip into it occasionally and I find it very difficult to cope when I become that way. I'm hoping that this online CBT for depression will give me the resources I need in order to cope.
