My name is Michael and I have been dealing with anxiety and depression for 35 years. I am currently taking 300mg Seroquel, 20mg Paxil, and 2mg Klonopin. The meds help, but I know changing my thinking patterns can be just as helpful, so that is why I am thrilled about this site.
