I haven't looked for therapy yet, but I called this Women's counselling referral line that will help me find one. It's a Toronto number, though. Maybe they have something similar in Ottawa?

I am in Ottawa. Have you had any luck navigating the Ontario Health System? I am on a 4 month long waiting list for therapy :( I feel pretty pessimistic about it.

The purpose of these tests is to prepare you with information that you can present to your physician. When you're finished the test, you can either print your Final Report or email it directly to your doctor. This may better help assess the situation.
