Okay, so I'm a newbie here:) Though I'm not really new to depression, I've suffered from it for many years (at least 10 and I'm only 23 years old). I'm ready to stop suffering and become a survivor.
I completed the first session and just the knowledge from it has made me feel better.
I am excited to be starting this journey...
