I know it was difficult...it took me some time to actually post here my first time, but let me tell you...I am glad I did it and glad you did as well. You will find a lot of useful information on this site.

Welcome to the site Big Red! Lots of people here to help and no worries about anyone being judgemental. We are all in the same boat just not all paddling in the same direction! ;p
I find the more I learn about others and their depression the more it seems to help me define and control mine. You will find something here to help with any problems you have. Take care

Welcome to the site.
Please feel free to roam the site at your own pace. If you look to the left of the screen under "PROGRAM TOOLS" you'll find our Depression Test. The purpose of these tests is to prepare you with information that you can present to your physician. When you're finished the test, you can either print your Final Report or email it directly to your doctor.
We also have a great free online program designed to help you gain insight into your depression. Many members have had great success with this program.

The nice thing about a room like this is even those of us who are a little shy can talk with others. Have you been diagnosed with depression? Just keep posting, we'll answer. It sometimes takes a little while, we seem to come and go, but we eventually all get to it.
