Welcome to our support community. Please feel free to roam the site at your own pace. If you look to the left of the screen under "PROGRAM TOOLS" you'll find our Depression Test.
The purpose of these tests is to prepare you with information that you can present to your physician. When you're finished the test, you can either print your Final Report or email it directly to your doctor.
Our Depression Program will be of great use to you and can make a difference. Please go slow and do not hesitate to ask any questions, we are always here.
We also have implemented a CBT buddies messenger, this works like MSN and you will find many members to talk to one on one for support.

I am trying this as of now and hope to stay the course of 16 weeks. I am a 35 y/o w in cambridge MA with a long history of atypical depression and a related dianosis of ADD.
