hello
i spotted a tshirt stating.."I don't do Mornings".
thats not me. i have to get up to pee and then i can't go back to sleep.
i love the early hours...they are mine. i don't feel that i have to do anything constructive. no one else is up, especially my wife, with her long lists of complaints about the house and life in general.
i do need one cup of strong coffee. its a crutch i don't think I will ever discard.
i ran up and down my stairs this morning and that felt good. i got some fresh oxygen pumped into my brain.
i enjoy spending time on this site every morning. it relaxes me. I feel the touch of other peoples lives.
