I am sorry to hear all the health issues you have had to endure. I think it is amazing that you are coming here to look for alternative ways to help yourself. Please keep us updated on how you are doing and if your chest pain is lessoning.
It's been a good while since I've been on here. Spent the summer and fall months having surgery every two weeks to have skin cancer removed which means I spent the entire summer and fall with stitches somewhere on my body. Finally got the all clear for 3 months off from that a few weeks ago and ended up sick as can be and still haven't completely recovered. The chest issue has been diagnosed of costochondritis but I'm considering a second opinion and very soon as the chest pains are still with me. Could be anxiety, so here I am, going to do this CBT again and see if it lessons the chest pains.
