Hello
I am so humbled by the stories I read on this site. This puts my own problems into perspective. I continue to experience bouts of depression, but I realize that I am relatively fortunate. I also learn from other peoples solutions and advice.
Certainly people having problems worse than mine, does not solve my problems. I do however feel that i am part of a community that works together to help each other....and that's makes me feel better.
