thanks ruby got threw the panic attack .now i am as usual argueing with my husband. i am sick and tired of argueing with him. i feel like my marriage is over we never get along any more i want to save it but i dont know where to start.and to add to my stress looks like a hurricane is coming to flordia. i bought supplies today. i went to get a mri and instead they took a catscan{sorry spelling} of my neck.i wish they could of did my brain and let me know if i have anything wrong with it. i had to get a catscan of my neck cause of my car accident. my neck is still messed up. whats next? gotta go! gina

You are probably feeling abit anxious because your cousins are there. I know if my boyfriend has his mates over at my place I worry that I'm going to have an attack when there here. And then I worry if I have an attack what will happen and then I keep thinking other things so it leads on and on and from this I put myself into and attack. Just try and do your breathing and even if you have to just excuse yourself and say you need to go to the bathroom and sit in there until you feel abit better. That's what I do.

my mom is over my house with my two cousins and i am in my computer room freaking out right now.i dont want them to know.why am i feeling like this?i took a xanax i pray it kicks in so i can leave this room. please pray!
