Maribeth, I too am pregnant and my doctor told me my panic attack, any of the symptoms, will not cause any harm to the baby. They seems strong enough though, don't they?

Hi-sorry to hear you've had a bad day. I have been on edge all day today too, I am 15 wks. pregnant and so afraid that my heart racing will hurt my baby or just the anxiety in general might put my baby in danger. I'm trying to browse the support group tonight to help get my mind off things. HOpe you have a better day tommorow and a great night!
today i had one of the worst panic attacks.ok i will describe it.i just got to work and i was sitting down and it was like my ears were stopped up and i could feel my self breathing werid in my throat.then the room was spining i felt so dizzy i started to vommit.i quickly took a xanax and put my head down.i tried to walk around but that just made it worse as this was going on all i could think about was death.this panic attack really freaked me out.i feel fine now thank god. i just needed to tell someone about my attack . gina
