hi folks thanks for your replies i guess your both right still makes me wonder where this pain comes from i will try and keep in mind what you said. i have been under a lot of stress so thats probably what it is thanks again
grace hit on the head..stress,and anxiety make your muscles tense,therfore they get really sore..im always like is it my heart,or my muscles..reflux is painfull too.peace of mind is always good...

hi folks i have been for a chest xray i got my results today and they were al clear.i cant understand why i have this pain all the time its like something jagging at my chest and breasts the only time i get relief is when iam asleep.goes any one else have this.
