bring her to the forum here,show her that you are just one of the many who have this.i feel like im on another planet from the world like i must hide this whivh i have i lost friends,and hurt family in the process it sucks..im a young 25 if they care,and you have time show them symptoms online,or a book,or one of us...anyway i could i would..hang in there bettter days ahead...

its hard for them to understand if they have never had one.good luck with your mom. tell you need her
support. moms are good at that.

Have your mom and yourself look over the site. There is lots of information you can use to assist you both. Have your mom take the online anxiety test and give it to her doctor. This may better assess the situation.
