What make me go this far is this site and people here who offer support no matter what .Also the ice water, hard candy , walk , music ,etc.This is it I change my routine for better and that is help me to kick ash, also read on stop smoking site allover the net to know more about what I quit and way I quit .
Hi everyone , I'm still here smoke free .since 13/5/2012,I still have some crave from time to time, but not that stronger which can lead to relapse or something , tomorrow will be 440 dayz smoke free and I'm so happy with that achievement ,I hope everyone doing ok with his/ her quit and have a nice weekend everyone ..
