is anyone else from toronto canada and in therapy that is free? I am spending way too much money on therapy right now and would love to find a free resource that I can see once a week... covered by OHIP or something...
If anyone has any ideas for me that would be great!!!!
I can only afford one more session with CBT therapist and really want to continue some kind of progression
