I am anxiously awaiting what you have decided upon for a reward for achieving your first year smoke free! I'm betting that it is a trip to come visit me!!!

Great Stats! Nearly a year...have you worked out what your 1 year reward will be?

Green Tea, being half the caffeine, might be an easier way to go to ease yourself down with caffeine. Whatever happens, do protect that smoking quit! I did not cut out caffeine completely, but just have one coffee every morning...it's made me more of a morning person than I used to be

Whatever it takes, just don't smoke!
