Day 88 for me--it's going so well! I've been nicotine free (no patches, no gum) for several weeks now.

And my biggest reward yet is coming up soon: a week-long stay in Bermuda with my partner (we have mutual friends who moved there for work, so we'll have a ball enjoying the island as a party of four). The Saturday I spend in Bermuda will be my 100th day free from smoking! :)

I'm proud to join the parade today! And with our birthday boy Kaiser kicking things off today, its a great day for a parade! Now Kaiser, just think how much better of a "senior citizen" you're going to be since you don't smoke anymore! Come on everybody, join the parade!

BTW....love the number of days we all gain by not smoking! That should allow all of us to have many years as a "senior citizen"!!!

Even a hurricane couldn't keep me out of this parade this morning! Congats on that S.S. birthday milestone kaiser! Nice to know we may be adding a few by not smoking, eh! Come on, join us everyone! Be proud of your stats! This is a major life accomplishment!
