congratulations!!!!!. hard work pays off.

i never ever thought i would make it to this day. three years today/ i decided that i am going to stop counting now...i amt truly a non-smoker.

thank you for all of your support - good luck to everyone on here - keep trying to those who are struggling - and 'way to go' for those on the road and never looking back.

i am 53 and smoked for 25+ years. i promised myself that the 50's would not contain cigarette smoke and they haven't and won't.
