Hello it truly has been a struggle but, Today I have 120 days Nicotine free. I started off cold turkey and with the help of some good friends, bananna candy, and hundreds of lollipos I am still doing this. I do take this one day at a time. I have not ever made it 120 days before I got to 90 days but that was 2 years ago. I know if I stay prayed up and talk about when I want to smoke I have a chance. Thanks for being here for me.
