Is anybody dealing with generalized anxiety order. I seem to have anxiety where ever I am.... It just never seems to go away and I am so tired of it. I am scared all day long. My doctor has put me on Prozac and that has seemed to worsen it but I am tuffing out the 2 weeks they say to give. I would say that I am sitting on the fence of either full panic or not and this has been going on for nearly 7 months. I am home most of the time and when I go out I get the horrible chest pain and than I become extremely dizzy. Is anybody else having these symptoms and if so how are you coping with it. I still make myself go to the gym and drive to places and go to the store but I have lost my job and want to start looking and get back in the working game. I need some advice on how to concure this feeling. Its is driving me insane and I am starting to become a bit aggitated and smashing things out of anger. I use to cry a lot but I'm tired of crying.
