I have been smoke free for 276 days now and feel great just thought i would give you all a wee check in as i said i feel great and will never smoke again i havent had any urges or even thought bout smoking for a while now which is good i cant ever imagine smoking again i feel so much healthier and have alot more money lol. well hope you are all doing well take care everyone ..
