Hi Gina, Sorry about before, I was on here but had to go because my phone was ringing so I had to answer it, it was my sister, she was ringing me up about our Mum. I couldn't sleep last night, I was tossing and turning all night, I'm really worried about my Mum and it has made my anxiety worse, I had an anxiety attack this morning and it was bad so I had to take a valium. I feel really bad because I can't be there to help her because she lives to far away, as you know I cannot travel to far away from were I live, I just wish I could get in my car and drive there and stay with her until I know she's okay. I'm glad you went to the bridal party, I hope you enjoyed yourself. Well I better go, I need to lay down for a while, I'll talk to you later, And also I want to say thank you, You are truly a great friend, and thanks for caring. Ruby......................

Hi Gina: How old is your daughter? I have a 5 yr old she is a handful at times? I don't always handle her well when I feel anxious/depressed. Carol

I know what you mean, sometimes I feel my head is about to explode. I tell myself that its just anxiety and to relax but its so hard. I know my thoughts are going every which way in my head thats why I get the tightness around my head, but I can't even make much sense of them to try CBT.

Stuff like that stays with me too. I cant shake it off. Khris, mom to 4 girls. 35 years old. First panic attack was October 2003 and it has all been down since then!!!

Hi Gina: I don't post a lot, you do sound like you need a friend. I'd like one to. That would upset me to hearing about a child dying. I hate hearing things like that, I think about it for days after. I'm Carol and 38yrs old with a 5 year daughter, have had p/a since age 13 yrs, if you want to talk some more. I'm here at work for another hour, this is where I do most of my internet surfing.
