WOW look at you guys... Great Quits.. Yes peace.. staying on guard for these "pop up" cravings... take care of that quit like fragile glass.... My husband and I walked passed a "smoking area" today... No craves... in fact I felt sorry for the people.. and it smelled nasty to me. One man was in the area... with a portable oxygen supply.... [color=Blue]Hey Denise ! Lovin' your stats :) Fact is hon, there have been many very rough and tough times during this quit of mine. I stepped down way too soon with the patch, I've had cravings that I thought were going to kill me..NOT! Cig's WILL kill me, NOT the cravings.. So it's been up and down and all around. I'm just trying to maintain, as often as possible, a really positive mental attitude each and every day. That's right Brenna .. THE REWARD ! :eg: I picked up a dvd with two movies on it - "Conspiracy Theory" & "Tequila Sunrise" Big sale at the store so I'm set for this evening ;) Kelly .. thanks hon !
