"the freebirds" voluntary mentors; no smoking tresa, josie, lainey, patrick, and Sylvie and the stealth freebirds:Kaiser,Ginger_15601 and grooveywoman39 what i do to find the thread is type freebirds into the search and put it on 345 days. it seems to me if a topic isn't active in a while then "they" (site admin) suspend it and you won't find it... i never knew we had such a big group!!even more people counting on me to stay not smoking i'm ****ing on all of you to!! ;) ;)

Hi Booling.. I hit 47 today ..things are settling down again ... but for a few days... I kept having craves... not hard enough to cave.. just kept popping up... I found something really cold.. a popsicle, juice bar.. ice chips really help me. Hang tough this will be gone soon... then another milestone ..YIPEE One day at a time.. we are way too far now to go back.... Hi Boo If you can remember the title you can go up to the top left and hit search messages... Also you can go the Forums page and click on the Forum it was in.. at the bottom of the forums I think there are page numbers so you can go back until you around the date of when you think it started... Someone else probably has an easier way...
