I woke up dreaming I was smoking and now have a scratchy throat and urges. I remember feeling so guilty that I screwed up again. I can't tell you the relief that it was only a dream!!! I never dream about smoking this chantix gives me some very vivid dreams. I had urges for the first time in awhile and using my coping skills as well as sucking on my coffee stirer. I know it'll pass and this time I can handle the urges.I keep reminding myself I'm a non smoker!! Has anyone else had these dreams with or without chantix? I know I've been under some stress lately with my Mom, but she's home and feeling better so....
