Hey to All, thanks for the encouragement and kind words. How do I feel? Physically I am much better! I can breath in deep without coughing. All the sinus problems I thought I was having were smoke related because I don't have them any more. Mentally, I am much better too, I don't crave any more. I still have smoking thoughts. When I finish a task that I used to smoke afterwards I think about it but now they are fleeting. The big stressor in life seem to get the nicodemon to screaming at me but it is much easier to tune that out now. I am in the last week or so beginning to not feel sorry for my self. In fact I am getting on the grateful wagon each time I catch myself starting that. I am working at this very hard and have learned that the tricks you learn here do work if you apply them. I havent had a day go by without thoughts of smoking but I am down to almost none. I am looking forward to that day.
