This is NOT about the pros & cons between using the "Cold Turkey" method Vs the other methods that may be available to help us with our quit. There are many other discussions posted on this site about that.
Cold Turkey does have some unique challenges and by supporting one another here, may help to ensure our eventual success.
If you have already chosen the "Cold Turkey" method, then I would like to hear from you and maybe, just maybe, we can get through this a little better... together.
