Thanks everyone, Sparky thanks for starting this thread. It is sweet of you to keep up with me. The holidays have been a bundle of triggers and I am staying on my toes. Things are going good one minute and I am crying the next. I am encountering alot of smokers that I have stayed away from. Can't stay away forever, I'm just powering through. Your support is great.
