Wow Thank you all for the good wishes...I can't believe that so many people took the time to send their good thoughts along...That is amazing to me...Thank you all very much and yes I am gobsmacked that I made it this far. I am convinced that most of this addiction is a mind game. I feel so bad for all of the people as they struggle. If we can teach ourselves to see "just beyond" the need to smoke we won't do it...I wish I had a more direct way of describing that concept, but sadly words fail me.
