Hey guys, doing great! Last time I thought about having a smoke was...ok, about 15 minutes ago. But I didn't, and saying no was a heck of a lot easier than it was 36 days ago! I just want to say a big THANKS to every single one of you, because you guys have really made this quit work for me. Best thing I ever did in my life was surround myself with a bunch of quitters!
