Gosh thanx dear friends. Surprised to see my old friends still here to congratulate me....and it is touching to hear from you new friends who are beginning, and succeeding at, this journey to freedom. Spent the day driving through the tulip fields of Skagit Valley - miles of crimson, pink, yellow, purple. Then went to a nursery and treated myself to a yellow climbing rose. Then to a beach gathering with friends - the boat launch of a wooden sailboat two friends just finished building. The sun was out, the sea glittered like diamonds, and yes Rusty, you probably could see me beaming from clear across the country!
