Ex slave I know how you feel. I too am having difficulty with motivation. Don't know what to do, don't want to do anything. It comes and it goes. One day good and one day bad. It is temporary though, and I will feel better soon. So will you. Not to negate your 130 days (which is fantastic I say), but you are only 7 days Nic free and what you are feeling is pretty normal. I agree with the others about checking with the doctor - makes sense. What also makes sense is a change of attitude. How good you feel to be not smoking. How awful would you feel if you were smoking - coughing, no energy, dizzy, nauseated - POISONED. You are working on becoming an Ex-slave, right? If you were already on meds for depression it is quite possible the dosage needs to be adjusted now that you have quit nicotine.
