Hang in there! It is similar to hell week but to a lesser degree. You will still battle cravings. Keep up with your distractions and other coping strategies. Also be sure to start planning your reward for your two week milestones. Give yourself something to work towards in addition to the little rewards your giving yourself daily.
Keep persevering and congrats on week 1!
