Linda, It could be one or both. Either way, keep battling and when you're through, read for a reward! Keep persevering. Danielle _____________________ The SSC Support Team

Oh Linda, stay strong! Just ride the wave and it is normal. There are some (me included) that went through this at 30+ days. Just dont give in to nic. He is loosing control over you and will try to catch you offguard. Just hang on and keep yourself busy. Hey, have you rewarded yourself lately? Try to take YOU time right now. Linda, of some reason a lot of us had bad days around the 30-days quit, I was one of them. I remember how I was looking forward to celebrate my 30 days quit and when the date finally arrived I was depressed and my cravings were really bad. I had planned for a nice dinner out with my husband but it turned in to a very sad one. Hang in there - you will feel much better within a couple of days, take deep breaths and think about how proud you can be of yourself. imho it's our brain now OFF drugs that causes this. It relates directly to being a nicotine addict. I don't totally understand it all either, I just know it is normal for a quitter........it WILL become less and less frequent and less and less strong. and "wanting" that freedom is the first step to it. Hang right in here.....you will find it Katy My Milage: My Quit Date: 1/4/2002 Smoke-Free Days: 1808 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 72,322 Amount Saved: $10305.6 Life Gained: Days: 235 Hrs: 20 Mins: 0 Seconds: 42
