First off I wish to thank the Site and the Moderators especially Casey who really looked out for me when I was in trouble for being unkind. This thread has left me in tears of joy, real tears for sure. Rusty you have given me so much but especially in helping Pete and me through her 5 busted quits and thanks to you she is celebrating 1 year quit today and I can't thank you enough. Thanks for the thread. Lolly my dear friend and mentor thank you for being there for me. Tresa what a role model to follow. Penitent we haven't always seen eye to eye but I have the utmost respect for you and your contributions to this site; thank you. Lady you are with out a doubt a success and we love you thanks for winning the war on addiction. Joe your sage and timely advice always warmed up the joint and you have saved a lot of quits for sure. Sunshine you warm my heart with your kind words and thoughts. Phillip you are definitely one of my students and I thank you for learning so well and becoming a major contributor to the well being of the SSC. BFS what a trip girl up and down, up and down but you made it happen CobenFan it is always a reward to have you post a tribute to me. Mr Ed what can I say, you are Pete's quit buddy and friend you have really led the way for a lot of folks and your contributions are well noted. Keep up the great work. Fish thank you your words are always kind. Lynne I remember the day you started and we chatted on the IM it is so great to see you succeed. Phil what a battle you have fought and now you are winning the war on addiction and helping so many others along. Hang tight my friend. Closetsnm, Pat, Imallclear, serenity2 and sweett thanks so much and I hope to get to know you as you march along the road to freedom. Today Roxanne and I are so rewarded and blessed. This quit journey has been a real experience and for you new quitters please take note that we are late in life having smoked for 58 and 48 years each yet we were able to become non smokers. Lesson here is that it can be done, it must be done this group of quitters provide all the support you need to get the job done. Again thank you all so very much for caring. I am so happy to start this thread to congratulate our Duffis on his two-year anniversary. Duffis quit smoking exactly two months after I quit and he let no grass grow under his feet. Duffis invented the Century Club, the Beach, and the VIP Club. Duffis has written some of the finest posts on the site, and in doing so, he has shared his heart and soul with all of us.
