Thanks everyone for the congrats! Means a lot to me. MaryEllen, N.O.P.E. means Not One Puff Ever. I have to live by this because with a smoking spouse, I would be puffing on his all the time. Im also the type that can't just have one but would become addicted yet again. Never going through hell or heck week again. Congrats to everyone who is succeeding at their quit ONE DAY AT A TIME. Thats the key to success here is just one day at a time.
