Hi guys,
I was just wondering whether anyone else has a strong feeling of dying. My problem is I get a symptom, ie pain in the head, and I panic that I am going to die from it. I get myself into a right state, have a panic attack and feel very on edge until the next time. I wish someone would just take me straight up to the hospital to get me checked out as I am so afraid that this is the end! I am so scared.
Does anyone else feel like this or have any advice on how I can conquer these feelings/thoughts.
