ex-slave, I am so sorry about your camera. My son has a similar camera and I know it would devastate him if he lost it. He certainly wouldn't be able to replace it.
Recently I lost some precious (to me) jewelry at the YMCA. I had gone in to change and when I packed up, I left my little jewelry bag laying out. I looked everywhere and checked at the front desk. They called me a couple of days later and said they had my jewelry bag. Oh joy! So I rushed over to get it. Yes, they had the bag. There was no jewelry in it. I was so upset. I cried right there at the Y.
Smoking won't bring my stuff back and it won't bring your camera back. I think Lady and ItsIronic are right. If you go back to smoking, you will have that haze around you...the haze of smoke and addiction...and it will keep you from thinking clearly. Don't give up all your hard work.

Sorry about the situation. It won't make you feel better to smoke and it won't find the camera any faster. Keep up with the straw and breathe! Get to the bottom of this and take some time to let it all out :)
