I kinda figured you didnt sleep much coz i see you here when im on. Really wish there was something i could do to make this easier for you, take away some of your troubles so you can concentrate on what needs to be taken care of - you.
Are you afraid of moving forward? When you think about which direction you want to go in is it frightening? what are your thoughts on where you think you should go? I dont know how to help you get through this hun without smoking.
Im glad you are here expressing how you are feeling coz while you are here you're not smoking.
