Life is going to throw stressful situations at you all the time. It doesn't care that you've given up smoking. Just remember, only you can make yourself smoke. Nothing external can do it. The act of putting a smoke in your mouth and lighting it does not come from anywhere but your own head. You can rationalize and say this caused it or that caused it but you know better.
