Smoke free this week and forever! Took my Dad today to have a bronchoscopy, they found something on his lung. He smoked 3 packs a day for ?????? years. Been quit for 20+ years but the damage is done. He's been fighting COPD for ????? years. Please don't smoke............and I won't either! Pray for Dad..... For the newer quitters...weekends are the hardest to get through. They are long, frequently have social situations where smoking may be present, and often include boredom or the stress of relationships. Sooooo....
