HI ALL I got tears in my eyes when i logged on the computer and saw my name there and when opening i new it was for me no other ANN!!! I can hardly believe i made it this far?? lilly---> your post and your days and counting knowing it is 50 for me today is WELL i am soo glad and also puzzled that you thought of me!!! I can not remember i even talked to you before ?? I do recognise a few names here and i am soo glad for ALL your support!! Truly thankful i am and no words can describe how i am feeling of having you "cyberfriends" as my support!!! YES> i have had a very tough time --still have mental cravings but not constantly as before,, i am able to handle them a bit now without going absolutely mad! A big help is that as i have finished the Zyban and still have such a hard time Doc thought its a good idea to take antidepressant for a few months!! I have a low dose of Zoloft each morning--i call it happypill!! :) Well big 50 today (live Down Under so it will show 49 for you on the post) I rewarded myself with actually take a 40 minutes stroll with hubby in the lovely winter sun.. Its not too cold and its not too hot!! It was absolutely perfect!! I hope this can be a part of my routine? To take a few walks per week .. THANKS ALL FOR ALL SUPPORT!! ps. I do not want to go back!! That is for sure I DO NOT want to experience that first time or couple of weeks again.
