I had a grand day. I called all my family today to remind them also it was my 100 day birthday. I think they think im a little strange be so excited about such a thing but thats cause some of them are still smoking and the others have never smoked. They just don't get it.
I can't thank everyone here and the SSC site for giving me the strengh to keep this quit. I feel so much better and after starting weight watchers 5 weeks ago. I have also lost 9 of the 12 pounds I put on after my quit.
