Look at your stats and feel proud! You made eight days so far :) These feelings are normal and will pass. Take some time to relax and do something for yourself.
Use your coping mechanisms to guide your through those rough spots. Decrease your portions and concentrate on water and healthy snacks. This may help with the weight maintenance.
Exercise can also be of assistance to you. Check with your doctor to work out a plan to help you relieve stress and keep the weight down.
