I would like to take this opportunity to say congratulations to all you new quitters; it is always pleasing to see such determination and confidence as expressed in your posts here; your positive natures shine through and give me hope for yet more success at this site. In an effort to encourage and inspire, both luna and I will pledge, as we have on many occasions, not to smoke this weekend.
